Ruth and I are down here in sunny Florida to visit my Dad and Moira for NYE. We are struggling to keep up with the non-stop Florida eating activities but it is nice to visit and see them both.

Ruth’s Birthday in New York with Dad
Although Ruth’s official b-day already passed I was in New York on a business trip so my dad headed down for a day with Ruth and we enjoyed dinner and a show afterwards. The weather was the usual crappy gray in New York but we made the most of it.

Happy Birthday to Abram! Ruth and I spent the weekend in CT for Abram’s 4th birthday party! The tool-based theme was very exciting for Abram and he took full advantage!

Downtown wandering in Nice, France
Tonight’s dinner and wandering was in downtown Nice. It is such a beautiful area!
Dinner at LeCharlot in Cagnes Sur-Mer, France
Tonight we enjoyed the sea front at LeCharlot in Cagnes Sur-Mer, France. Cagnes Sur-Mer is a beautiful village just west of Cannes and it was an amazing spot for great food, conversation and views!
Wandering around the local market in Ventimiglia, Italy
I joined Dad and Moira today on their weekly ritual to the local market in Ventimglia. Although they normally procure groceries and other local supplies I took the opportunity to explore some of the other items being sold as well as the square and surrounding areas.
Dinner at LePirate in Menton, France
Dad, Irv, Moira and I had a lovely dinner at the LePirate restaurant in Menton, France. The location was beautiful with a wonderful view looking out on the Mediterranean. Food and atmosphere were also very nice and we enjoyed the time together.
