This is a powerful headline. Reading into the article it seems that there is no definitive explanation ("I'm at a loss to explain it," notes Dr. Ducos, a prominent researched int he study). I'm sure the poisonous stressful energy associated with living there has an effect. Of course, it's not easily quantifiable in scientific terms but c'mon now ... I strongly believe anybody who denies the negative effects on one's body caused by the high stress levels caused by living in that area are just lying to themselves. No science necessary for that one; some things are more of a visceral experience.
